I am the Founder, Writer and Editor for true crime blog, Stories of the Unsolved. My work includes coverage of solved and unsolved crimes, with an emphasis on missing persons cases. Through my efforts, I have been fortunate enough to collaborate with John Lordan's Seriously Mysterious podcast, as well as Once Was Lost (OWL).

Heather Teague was born on April 25, 1972, as the first of four children. Growing up in Kentucky, she was known for being a good student and actively involved in her school community. Along with being on the honour roll and cheerleading squad, she was homecoming queen, named “Junior Miss”, and active in track and basketball. In her spare time, she enjoyed writing poetry.

Fort Worth Missing Trio

On the morning of December 23, 1974, Lisa Renee Wilson, Julie Ann Moseley and Mary Rachel Trlica travelled to the Seminary South Shopping Center in Fort Worth, Texas to do some Christmas shopping. Lisa and Mary, who both went by their middle names, were friends and Julie was the sister of Renee’s boyfriend, Terry Moseley.

The Disappearance of Leigh Occhi

Leigh Occhi was born on August 21, 1979 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Her parents, Vickie Felton and Donald Occhi, were military members who met while stationed in California. In 1977, after a year of dating, they married and were transferred to the military base in Honolulu.
