I am the Founder, Writer and Editor for true crime blog, Stories of the Unsolved. My work includes coverage of solved and unsolved crimes, with an emphasis on missing persons cases. Through my efforts, I have been fortunate enough to collaborate with John Lordan's Seriously Mysterious podcast, as well as Once Was Lost (OWL).

Cynthia Elizabeth “Cindy” Hack was born on June 12, 1944 to parents Otto, a retired Canadian Air Force colonel, and Tillie Hack, a housewife. The eldest of six children, she grew up in the suburbs of Vancouver, British Columbia, where she was known for her sense of humour, sincerity and warmth.

Fort Worth Missing Trio

On the morning of December 23, 1974, Lisa Renee Wilson, Julie Ann Moseley and Mary Rachel Trlica travelled to the Seminary South Shopping Center in Fort Worth, Texas to do some Christmas shopping. Lisa and Mary, who both went by their middle names, were friends and Julie was the sister of Renee’s boyfriend, Terry Moseley.

Kortne Stouffer was born on April 24, 1991 to parents Wendy and Scott Stouffer. A member of a large family, she grew up on a 10-acre farm just outside of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Despite her parents divorcing in 2005, the family remained a unified group, with Scott and Wendy setting aside their differences for the good of their children.

The Disappearance of Evelyn Hartley

Evelyn Grace Hartley was born on November 21, 1937 to her parents Richard and Ethyl Hartley. She was the youngest of four children, with one of her older brothers unfortunately passing away in 1946 due to polio. In 1949, the family relocated from Charleston, Illinois to La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Leigh Occhi was born on August 21, 1979 in Honolulu, Hawaii. Her parents, Vickie Felton and Donald Occhi, were military members who met while stationed in California. In 1977, after a year of dating, they married and were transferred to the military base in Honolulu.
